Shipping & Delivery


Every Tripti Crafts order is checked, packed and dispatched with care.

Shipping Within India

We currently ship to serviceable locations across India.

These figures can be changed before launch. The applicable shipping charge should always be shown at checkout before payment.

Processing & Delivery

We aim to dispatch ready-stock products within approximately 2–3 working days of receiving an order.

Most domestic orders should reach customers within approximately 5–7 working days, depending on location and courier serviceability.

During major festivals, sales, exhibitions, adverse weather, or unusually high-order periods, dispatch and delivery may take longer.

Special / Made-to-Order Products

Customized, altered, made-to-order or specially finished products may require additional time. Where possible, the expected dispatch timeline will be shown on the product page or communicated directly to the customer.

Order Tracking

Once an order is dispatched, tracking details will be shared by email, SMS, WhatsApp or another available communication channel.

Delivery Address

Customers should check the delivery address, PIN code, and telephone number carefully before confirming an order. If an error is noticed after ordering, please contact us as soon as possible. We will try to update the address if the parcel has not yet entered the courier network.

Delivery Delays & Lost Parcels

Courier timelines are estimates. Delays may occur because of weather, transport disruption, strikes, local restrictions, remote-area serviceability or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

If a courier partner officially confirms that a prepaid order has been lost in transit, Tripti Crafts will offer a replacement, subject to availability, or a refund for the lost product.

International Shipping
