Order Cancellation Policy

Customers may request cancellation before an order is dispatched.

If the parcel has not yet been shipped, we will normally cancel the order and initiate the applicable refund.

Once a parcel has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible. The customer may instead request a return after delivery if the product is eligible under the Returns Policy.

Customized or made-to-order products cannot normally be cancelled once work on the customization has begun.

If Tripti Crafts has to cancel an order because of stock availability, a quality-control issue or another problem on our side, the customer will receive a full refund for the cancelled product.
