Are all your sarees handwoven?
Yes. Every Tripti Crafts saree is woven by hand on traditional looms by artisan weaver families. We never sell power-loom pieces.
Is the blouse piece included?
Most sarees come with a running blouse piece attached, noted on each product page under ‘Blouse’. Stitching to measurement can be arranged on request.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. International charges are calculated at checkout and delivery usually takes 7–14 working days.
Is cash on delivery available?
COD is available across India on orders up to ₹20,000. A small handling fee may apply.
How do I know my saree is authentic?
Many pieces carry the Handloom Mark, and each comes with details of its weave and origin. If you ever have doubts, write to us — we know every piece we sell.
Can I return or exchange a saree?
Yes, within 7 days of delivery on unworn pieces with tags intact. See our returns and exchange pages for details.
The colour looks slightly different from the photo — why?
Handwoven textiles and natural dyes vary subtly, and screens render colour differently. We photograph in natural light to stay as true as possible.
